Update: Makelaar veroordeeld tot terugbetalen waarborgsom, wettelijke rente en alle proceskosten (dubbele van wat hij moest betalen als hij netjes meteen de borg had overgemaakt). Daarnaast moet hij nog €2600 door mij te veel betaalde servicekosten terug overmaken. (Ook een officiële uitspraak van de huurcommissie) Geeft weer wat extra context aan de hypocriete reactie vanuit de makelaar op deze review. In de foto's een reactie op de repliek vanuit de makelaar op deze review. Zeer slechte ervaringen met deze makelaar. Overeengekomen tot een huurprijs van 880,- voor 45 m2, zou eerst 800,- zijn maar een andere potentiële huurder had blijkbaar uit zichzelf 880,- geboden. Ik mocht het appartement krijgen als ik hetzelfde neer zou leggen want ik had de gunfactor. In mijn enthousiasme ja gezegd, achteraf een belabberde keuze geweest. Ik heb na een aantal maanden gevraagd of ik eerder onder het contract uit kon komen ivm overlast, dit was niet mogelijk (op zich prima maar dit gegeven is wel interessant later na in het verhaal, ik moest namelijk minimaal een jaar huren). Toen werd ik benaderd door Bumarang bv. uit Groningen, ze komen blijkbaar voor huurders op die te veel betalen volgens hun berekeningen en kunnen een procedure aanspannen bij de huurcommissie. Beetje aarzelend dit traject toch ingegaan omdat ik blijkbaar echt veel te veel betaalde. Zij namen contact op met Schreinemachers om te melden dat ze een zaak gingen beginnen bij de huurcommissie, ik kreeg ongeveer een uur later een mail vanuit Schreinemache of ik niet meteen onder het contract uit wilde komen (wat dus eigenlijk niet mogelijk was :)) want men had geen zin in rechtszaken. Hier niet mee akkoord gegaan uiteraard. Lang verhaal kort, ik betaalde 800,- kale huur plus 80,- servicekosten. Na een bezoek van de commissie, die alles nagemeten had in het appartement, kwam de kale huur uit op +/- 440,-. Toch een behoorlijk verschil, hierbij kwamen dan nog 80,- servicekosten voor de verwarming en 200,- servicekosten voor water. Deze servicekosten zijn achteraf terug te vorderen als blijkt dat ik als huurder deze kosten niet compleet heb verbruikt Volgende bijzondere punt was de huurverhoging die Schreinem probeerde door te voeren, na tussenkomst van Bumarang bleek deze verhoging nergens op gebaseerd en gewoon een random bedrag. Bumarang heeft Schreinemachers duidelijk gestuurd wat hij max. mocht verhogen en toen heeft Schreinemachers dit braaf overgenomen. Laatste, tot nu toe, oplichtersactie van Schreinemachers is het niet terugbetalen van 880,- borg na de eindinspectie die reeds heeft plaatsgevonden (ben verhuisd inmiddels). Dhr. Schreinemache had netjes een document bij zich mbt. eindinspectie, er bleken geen gebreken te zijn en we hebben beide een handtekening gezet hieronder. Omdat ik toch wel wist dat het niet zo makkelijk zou eindigen heb ik Schreinemachers duidelijk gevraagd wanneer ik de borg kon verwachten. "Deze week of de volgende week." Ware het niet dat ik de dag erna een mail kreeg van Schreinemachers met daarin een "eindafrekening", of ik akkoord ging met 950,- (borg plus te veel betaalde servicekosten) en dat daarmee dan alles was verrekend. Uiteraard nee gezegd want zoals eerder uitgelegd kan ik veel meer servicekosten terugverwachten dan die schamele +/- 80. Daarnaast staat de borg hier los van, deze zou ik sowieso moeten ontvangen aangezien we beide het document hebben ondertekend en hij ook nog een mondelinge toezegging heeft gedaan. Er is geen reden om te denken dat ik hem nog kosten verschuldigd ben over 2023 aangezien ik over 2022 dus ook al 80,- terug zou moeten krijgen. Nadat ik nee als antwoord stuurde was Schreinemachers blijkbaar in zijn ego gekrenkt, ineens wilde meneer de borg niet meer overmaken terwijl hij dat zelf ongeveer drie uur eerder via de mail wilde afsluiten. Na wat mailwisseling over en weer (ook vanuit Bumarang, ze gaven aan dat Schreinemachers zeer onprofessioneel was.) wil Schreinemachers graag een incassotraject tegemoet gaan dat zal worden gestart zodra hij niet binnen de beoogde termijn betaald heeft

Deze mening is niet geschreven door een "gefrustreerde" (hoe is hij?) man, maar door een volledig ongefrustreerde dame die de situatie alleen maar wilde delen zodat haar landgenoten het zelf konden verifiëren :) De situatie die mij overkwam bij makelaarskantoor Martens is zielig, totaal onprofessioneel en incompetent. Het verdient niet eens één ster. Een woordje ter introductie: mevrouw Nathalie - bij de eerste ontmoeting kusten we de deurknop omdat de dame de datum verkeerd had opgeschreven (ik moest een uur eerder weg van mijn werk, dus ik liep meteen achter), maar dat is natuurlijk lastig, zo Er gebeuren situaties, dus ik sla het over. Toen de bijeenkomst plaatsvond, waren er een paar vreemden in de kamer (ze kwamen vlak na ons binnen), in een open ruimte waar de dame ons luid vertrouwelijke informatie gaf, zoals het bedrag van de lening dat ik me kon veroorloven. Geen naleving van privacyregels. We hebben geen betrouwbare antwoorden of fundamentele (!!) informatie gekregen (natuurlijk, het meeste kan ik zelf controleren, maar ervan uitgaande dat iemand helemaal geen kennis heeft, speelt het in op onwetendheid). Na letterlijk 5 minuten kijkt mevrouw Nathalie naar haar man en zegt *let op*: HIJ IS GEERDERD. Benadrukt moet worden dat hij niets deed, hij zei niets dat gebruikt kon worden om zoiets te bevestigen, hij stelde normale vragen. Ze begon boos te worden en zei dat ze de ontmoetingen met ons niet wilde voortzetten (onderbrekend wat ik tegen haar zei), allemaal in het bijzijn van deze mensen natuurlijk. Gênant gedrag en omgangsvormen op het hoogste niveau, omdat ze opstond uit de stoel en haar handen ging wassen, waarmee ze duidelijk maakte dat ze geen interesse meer in ons had. Een man die mij wil aanmoedigen om van zijn diensten gebruik te maken, gedraagt zich toch niet zo? Serieus, geen professionaliteit. De dame zei dat ze het al zoveel jaren deed en "nog nooit zoiets had gezien" (eigenlijk weet ik nog steeds niet wat xD) - ik kan zeggen dat ik al jaren gebruik maak van de diensten van professionals , maar niemand heeft mij ooit zo behandeld (hoewel je naar mijn mening verre van professioneel bent). Ik raad aan om rechtstreeks naar het Nederlandse of een ander Pools kantoor te gaan dat dergelijke diensten aanbiedt, want van wat ik heb gehoord, is mijn mening niet de enige. Ik wens mevrouw Nathalie veel nederigheid, want op een dag zal ze misschien echt verrast zijn. Via deze dame zou ik niet eens een fiets willen kopen. Bedankt en oprechte groeten.
