I had a terrible experience with Brantjes. They retained my full deposit and acted unprofessionally. We rented a house in Beverwijk for two years, and during our stay they did not respond to problems such as hot water, heating, and electricity. When moving out, they claimed that the hob needed to be replaced due to minor scratches, even though it worked perfectly. I offered to replace it myself, but they insisted on using their contractor and charged me € 572, double the market rate. I found similar hobs for € 250-€ 300, but they ignored my concerns. They also charged € 335 to replace a small freezer door, which was absurd, oh come on, for this money you get a medium-sized freezer. In total, they took € 927 from me without any proof of repair, and despite multiple requests, they did not respond to my emails or phone calls. They even failed to return the old hob as promised. I feel completely ripped off and frustrated. Avoid Brantjes at all costs; they don't deserve a single star.
