A completely unreliable realtor. Asks a lot of money for what later turns out to be a fixer-upper and delays the sale of the house, causing the price to constantly decrease, allowing a nice deal to be made with a third party. Mafia practices!

We especially experienced that the property was brought to the attention of potential buyers through, among other things, pre-announcements, social media posts, professional photography, etc. Furthermore, a very pleasant communication. We were kept very well informed and in case of questions and/or comments, the broker or people at the office quickly responded.

Scammers and working with extortionists! Don't trust Heidi Broeder either. If you make appointments with her, check them with her office. Then you at least know what you are really dealing with. Unprofessional!!!

They helped us well with the sale of our house. Staff friendly but often (too) busy and not immediately available or deployable for new ideas regarding the sale of the house. As time passes, if it takes longer than normal to sell your house, it seems as though the enthusiasm and commitment of the real estate agent also diminishes a bit. That is a shame. They do, however, have an influential finger in the pie at Goes and nice promotions.

In a period of 12 years, we have sold 3 homes through Neeskens Makelaars. And each time it was sold within no time to the first viewer. How nice is that! The sales process went very smoothly and all documents were delivered neatly and completely. Thanks men ;)

Through Mr. Eric Prins / LXRY Property as a real estate agent, we purchased a holiday home in the Netherlands. The guidance was perfect from the first contact to the delivery of the property today. Mr. Prins speaks German perfectly, which naturally made the process easier for us. Every question was answered quickly, by email or telephone. This is how I, as a client, imagine the support from real estate agents.

Requested sales brochures via website. Received nothing. Finally managed to reach someone by phone after many attempts. Pleasant conversation. Busy, sales brochures are on their way. Another project was recommended, and I would also receive information about that. Now 10 days later, still received nothing. When you call, you constantly get the message that brokers are busy on the phone. I'm fed up with this, this is not a serious company. Update: Thursday, June 3, 2021. The owner has posted the response below. Thinks he’s serious. Nothing could be further from the truth; he claims to have spoken to me on the phone just now. That's not the case, so he's also a liar.

LXRY Property really doesn't let customers feel like royalty. Quite the opposite. Listing a house for sale and then cancelling the viewing at the last moment. 'Sold,' they said. I can’t call that proper conduct. 0 stars. Unfortunately, you always have to give one.
