Disappointing experience. Bijdevaate was asked to guide the sale of my property in Zierikzee (>€550.000). Unfortunately, they stated that they did not have time for this and referred me to their partner, Kooijman Makelaars. Kooijman was invited, but the first appointment was cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control – which can happen. They did show up for a second invitation; the visit went well. However, after that, we heard nothing more, despite several phone calls from my side. Fortunately, we had also approached other real estate agents, so we decided not to award them the assignment. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Clearly communicated with son Niels about an assignment to appraise a property, before/after renovation. Price and agreements communicated as agreed via email. Father den Ouden calls like a blunt farmer saying the appraisal will not proceed due to nonsensical reasons that I, as the buyer, cannot influence.
