Until the sale, communication was perfect and things were handled quickly. After the sale, it became quiet. An agreed-upon date was not kept by the buyers. I heard nothing from the real estate agent, so I had to call myself to ask what was going on. Communication is really very important.

We knew Kuub real estate agent and there was no doubt about putting our house for sale with Kuub. Our house sold very quickly too! Very happy with them.

However, Annet forgot some degree of professionalism in communication. Also, she became too absorbed in her own view of the property and forgot the goal of the buying party. The selling party was additionally put under considerable pressure to respond to a proposal by 17:00 hours on the same working day. Ultimately, the goal is not to have one's own vision and exert pressure, but to reach a good and appropriate deal regarding buyer and seller.
