But we haven't seen such a dramatically bad real estate agent before. And since we have bought houses several times, we’ve seen quite a bit. We experienced De Linde Makelaar as: - Impersonal: De Linde Makelaar was not present at the property viewing, nor at any other time (such as during the transfer of ownership or inspection). - Inaccurate: information on Funda was incorrect (deviating VVE costs); incorrect names were repeatedly listed in official documents; corrections were rarely implemented in one go. - Unreliable: response times and call appointments were not kept. - Unskilled: due to poor guidance of the selling party, we had to postpone the agreed-upon delivery by two weeks at the last moment. - Inflexible: De Linde acted very inflexibly during the period between the agreed transfer of ownership and the (delayed by them) delivery date. The result was a lot of frustration, annoyance, delay and extra costs. Out of sheer desperation, we contacted the sellers directly. They turned out to be, in contrast to the real estate agent, particularly accessible, flexible and cooperative. We now have a beautiful home. But in the process leading up to it, De Linde Makelaar caused us sleepless nights. We advise everyone who wants to buy or sell a property to go with another real estate agent. Or otherwise not take an agent.

Bad experience with this realtor, if you're looking for a realtor, look further :) During the viewing, it was said and demonstrated that the bathroom ventilation worked, the bathroom was leaking and this would be resolved through insurance. The bathroom has been fixed, and in the week of key handover you find out that the bathroom ventilation doesn't work, you let them know and Mr. says it never worked. Conclusion is that you pretend it works, the sale is complete and then say no, it never worked. A bit of a strange situation, after which the realtor also stops responding to any form of contact.

Bad real estate agent. During the viewing, he couldn't tell anything about the property, the plot size, etc., didn't have a folder with information about the property. When signing the preliminary purchase agreement, the questionnaire was not included (important for a house with an age clause) and now he doesn't want to provide it. You have to chase him ten times to get information or ensure that he reports a hidden defect to the seller. Literally said to me on the phone: I have nothing to do with you, I don't want to speak to you anymore, and figure out how to get the questionnaire.
