Via Fidus previously purchased an apartment in a Subdivided Owners' Association. The high service charges were dismissed as '...you eliminated that subdivision so...'. 5 years later we are still dealing with this! Not reliable in proper data provision at the time of purchase and absolutely not recommended.

Bad service, After neatly paying for their services when closing a product. No more service is provided. I called Fidus twice and was promised that I would be called back. This simply doesn't happen; I have waited 2 months in the meantime. The consequence is that I lost 900 Euro. Shame > Never again Fidus.
