Ik heb met de deskundige hulp van de dames van Verrips Makelaardij het huis van mijn moeder in Soest naar tevredenheid verkocht. Het was spannend, maar het is prima verlopen. Ik was met name te spreken over de communicatie. Dames, hartelijk dank!

Superfijne makelaar. Alle drie de dames van alles op de hoogte en bereikbaar. Ze houden je continu op de hoogte van de lopende vorderingen en volgende stappen. Deze makelaar en service gun je iedereen.

Het contact liep super goed. Bij vragen zeer snel response. Goed advies. De dames hebben goede kennis van de huizenmarkt in Soest. Een iets te agressieve prijsstelling, maar dat heeft bij ons goed uitgepakt. Energiek en enthausiaste dames. Soms moet je ze even afremmen 😄

Laat de onoprechte vriendelijkheid en zielloze charme van deze dames u niet voor de gek houden. Ze zullen u met smoesjes laten wachten en u tegen de andere bieders tot de laatste euro uitspelen. Wees gewaarschuwd. Er zijn voldoende eerlijke, oprechte en menselijke makelaars in de buurt 👌🏼

Erg betrokken makelaar, en dit geldt voor alle drie de makelaars van het kantoor. Je wordt heel goed van elke stap op de hoogte gebracht en gehouden. Elke vraag wordt supersnel beantwoord en acties uitgezet.

Het contact was steeds heel plezierig. De dames hebben ons bij iedere stap op de hoogte gehouden. Eén keer was er sprake van een misverstand over een afspraak, maar ja, dat kan van twee kanten komen. En had niet rechtstreeks met het verkoopproces te maken, dus dat heeft er niet onder geleden. Ze pakken het hele proces voortvarend aan, hebben ons in alle stappen meegenomen, zodat we konden meebeslissen. Ze nemen je echt mee in alles wat van belang kan zijn, waardoor ze hun courta…

Vanaf het allereerste begin verliep het contact plezierig en professioneel. De medewerkers zijn zeer deskundig en alert, en reageren altijd direct, ook in het weekend. Ze denken met je mee, denken vooruit, zijn creatief en betrokken. Echt top!

Team Verrips is hartelijk, warm en deskundig! Heel fijn om mee samen te werken! Een team dat echt voor je klaar staat en er voor gaat! Maar ook met je meedenkt en flexibel is waar mogelijk. Heel prettig om op deze manier echt samen te werken. Voor iedereen een aanrader!

Dames zijn zeer goed bekend in Soest en weten ook met de verkoop goed in te schatten, met welk startbedrag te beginnen.

Deze makelaar is hartstikke goed ingevoerd in de lokale markt en weet, net als haar medewerk(st)ers, precies waar ze over praat. Het contact tussen opdracht en afronding was open en duidelijk. Ik werd van elke stap op de hoogte gehouden en kreeg over elke bezichtiging terugkoppeling. Al met al omschrijf ik Verrips Makelaardij als communicatief, realistisch (belooft geen gouden bergen), doortastend en toegewijd.

Duidelijke communicatie en goed bereikbaar. Ervaring met de verkoop van vergelijkbare huizen was aanwezig.

Goed kontakt met de makelaar zij heeft er veel voor moeten doen. En mee gedacht om het huis aantrekkelijker te maken. Content dus.

Rob Emmen dacht vanaf het 1e contact al realistisch mee. Wij wilden misschien op termijn verkopen en vroegen om een waardebepaling. Zijn eerste vraag “waarom denk je te willen verkopen en wat ga je elders dan vinden?” bracht ons op het juiste spoor. Fijn contact, ook met andere medewerkers.

De aankoop en verkoop laten verlopen via Deelen Makelaars. En wat zijn we blij met deze keuze, we hebben veel gehad aan de kennis en ervaring van Rob zonder hem hadden we ons droomhuis niet gehad. Een fantastisch team dat processen soepel liet verlopen!
