Very bad, unreliable realtor. Poelman is helpful and friendly when making an offer. After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, that completely disappeared. When asked if it's normal for a support beam to be provided with an angle profile and propped up with tiles, Poelman simply answers Yes. Further communication can only take place via registered letters. So he lies, therefore be careful and do not enter into business with this realtor.
