Annemiek is a true top performer when you want to sell your property in Drechtsteden. Extensive local knowledge available. Unlike other real estate agents, she does not use viewing restrictions because viewing times are full. If a new application from a potential buyer comes in just before the closing date, she tries to schedule it. Highly recommended

Flexible setup, allowing me to quickly receive a viewing and appraisal report. They really considered my interests and the quality and speed were worth every Euro. The (only) negative review via Google does not give an accurate picture of this company. I advise everyone to also look at the reviews on Funda.

Very bad, unreliable realtor. Poelman is helpful and friendly when making an offer. After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, that completely disappeared. When asked if it's normal for a support beam to be provided with an angle profile and propped up with tiles, Poelman simply answers Yes. Further communication can only take place via registered letters. So he lies, therefore be careful and do not enter into business with this realtor.
