Hendriks was our purchasing agent. Initially, I noticed enthusiasm, really thought we would be helped. But we take a purchasing agent in the arm because we know too little about Apeldoorn, about the condition (does a house meet the standards of this time) of a house, to prevent us (over 60s) from sitting too high on a pink cloud. And so with facts comes. It may be a house with a heat pump, but the conditions for a heat pump are not met. Stronger, now that we live there, we find out that the extension from 2011 (no building plans, may have been built in Apeldoorn without a building permit at that time (unknown to us)) has floor heating where the pipes are 15 to 20 cm apart. That does not draw the heat pump and there is no radiator (in fact nowhere in the lower floor) in this room. However, there is a wood stove. We now have to burn it all day long with code red (what are we doing to the environment). Also, the heat pump is on the extension. What we now find out is that this has no concrete roof but wood. So it functions as a soundbox and we now enjoy the TRRRRRILLLLLLINGEN for days. We are more than six tons poorer and completely in the shit. Scandalous that older houses are just handed out like sweet bread. That real estate agents (both purchasing and selling) make sure that this comes with high prices. This house had an energy label C. This house costs a ton more than our previous house (energy label A++) and now have four walls with a roof where a heat pump is installed that does not provide enough warmth and two wood stoves that actually should not be used due to almost every day code red. Also, the house has been technically inspected, but these things do not come to light. Four and a half tons would have been very neat for this house. But according to the purchasing agent, no one is underbidding in this neighborhood. ??????? I think we should knock on 'MAX helps' door. Do not take a purchasing agent. Do not do a technical inspection. Use your common sense and investigate the condition of the house yourself before buying. January 22, 2025: what makes it even worse is the cold weather. In the kitchen, it does not get warmer than 14 degrees. 'In the morning when getting up, the temperature is even lower there. The Daikin outdoor unit from 2022 is frozen and does not defrost itself. This should be fixed. RAMP, RAMP, RAMP December 2025: do not buy a house from 1930 that has not been properly renovated and is for sale at a high price. It is not good without getting moisture. However, let the extension be renovated/insulated, but adjustments for ventilation are not financially feasible.

Mr. Buurman lies and does not honor appointments. If you find that pleasant when buying or selling a house, you should definitely choose Buurman.

Mr. Buurman purchased a car from us and traded in his own vehicle. During the inspection, it appeared that the control arms of his trade-in vehicle were due for replacement. After consultation and with his agreement, we had these works carried out. The arrangement was that Mr. Buurman would pay the costs for this. To date, however, we have not received any payment. Despite multiple reminders via WhatsApp and repeated assurances from his side, further response remains absent. We are sorry that it has come to this, but feel compelled to share this. We prefer a neat solution, but you unfortunately leave us no other choice in this way. We request you to please pay us.

Absoluut niet de moeite waard! Zelfs met een betaald abonnement kon ik geen enkele aflevering bekijken, ondanks dat ik binnen enkele minuten reageerde op de e-mailmeldingen. Ik heb meerdere e-mails naar de klantenservice gestuurd, maar heb geen enkele reactie ontvangen! Kortom, gewoon zonde van mijn geld en tijd!

Deze verhuur organisatie heeft het intern ontzettend slecht op orde. Geen service en werknemers die langs elkaar heen bewegen. Het is een uitknijp orgaan die enkel kan voortbestaan door de krapte op de woningmarkt. Categorie Sywerd van Lienden.

Slechte zaak, reageren nergens en je kunt geen contact opnemen

Echt een slecht bedrijf komen afspraken niet na Laten niks van zich horen en als ze een keer reageren op je mail is het ruim 4 maanden later maar wel een dikke rekening durven te sturen van bijna drie keer zo veel als afgesproken

Pas op Pas op! Blijf er gewoon bij weg. Dit bedrijf gaat je beschadigen. Huis gekocht van bijna 500k en deze partij als kopersbegeleiding ontvangen. De begeleiding moet nog steeds plaatsvinden, alleen is de bouw inmiddels gestart en is nagenoeg niets meer mogelijk. Hun stelling nu de boel escaleert; ik heb een fout mailadres doorgegeven. Probleem met die stelling; ik heb nooit iets doorgegeven aan hen. Alle andere partijen; de bank, notaris, verkoper, verkoopmakelaar, aannemer, iedereen gebruikte wel mijn juiste mailadres. Ik wist pas van Tijmen Kroes nadat het te laat was. Daarnaast; Zij hebben minimaal 30x een “postmaster undeliverable notification” gehad over de afgelopen 7 maanden. Zelfs na geen enkele reactie op hun platform ging er geen lampje branden dat ze iets misten en namen ze niet de moeite om even te bellen en het te controleren. Dat is schandalige nalatigheid! 1 telefoontje had dit voorkomen. Daarna, toen alles onder hoge druk stond, weer geen telefoontje! Pas een appje gisteravond om 21:30uur dat het kalf verdronken is! Krijg het aan m’n hart van jullie en dit wordt waarschijnlijk een heel vervelende langdurige juridische kwestie! Je kan mensen niet zo behandelen!

Het slechtste van het slechtste en dan nog 10000 maal slechter. Vroeger een fijn en betrouwbaar bedrijf. Nu totaal niet te vertrouwen. Het lijkt wel of ze zwaar in de financiële problemen zitten. Dus kijk eerst goed rond voordat je met hun in zee gaat. Ik ben nu gelukkig weg bij ze. Nu nog last van ze na 2 jaar. Ze schijnen een pakket verkocht te hebben, aan een andere verzekeringsbedrijf, waar ik nog in zou zitten terwijl ik alles opgezegd had. Nu krijg ik allemaal herinneringen van ze terwijl ik allang bij Univé zit die alles opgezegd had voor mij (gelukkig) Anders had ik nu nog meer problemen en was ik dubbel verzekerd.

I came here with questions about the new development Ugchelen Buiten. I was warmly received by the real estate agent and could address my questions to him. Explanation using a large map of the current district and probable future construction phases.

As someone from the north, I find Apeldoorn to be one of the nicest cities to visit. Not too big, not too busy. Enough to do and see. A nice mix of catering establishments, nothing wrong with that.

Curious how it will go!!!

As a homebuyer, you shouldn't expect much from this new construction center. There's little atmosphere and interest for the customer. Information about the projects is limited and sometimes even incorrect. Unfortunately, you can't bypass this monopoly when it comes to new builds. So be alert!
