Serge is the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. Not at all interested in you as a client. My story: I made an offer and he called me that same afternoon to say that the offer had been accepted! The purchase then proceeded via a Groningen deed. I set everything in motion, and I was ready for it. Then he calls to say that the selling party had made a mistake. A very difficult story about VAT etc., which he also told the day before but with the good news that this is why my offer was accepted. In my opinion, he's playing a dirty game and simply accepted another offer. Never more Lemmens for me! I am going to file a complaint with the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Committee
