Good experience with Twan Zebregs Real Estate Agency, clear, fast and understandable communication before, during and after the sale of the house. The sales process went well and the expectations that were discussed were fulfilled. Twan responded quickly when there was a need for consultation and did what you expect from a real estate agent. In my case, the property to be sold was not near Tilburg, it didn't give me any impression at all that this was a limitation. Despite the distance, Twan was always willing to accommodate potential buyers for a tour of the house. After the viewing, honest feedback on how the viewing and proactive attitude towards potential buyers went. Highly recommended to sell the property together with this real estate agent

You only have an appointment for a viewing and you're cancelled 10 minutes before the time with the message that the house has already been sold. We were number 6 and number 5 was ahead of us. As far as I’m concerned, this exceeds certain norms and values, but clearly no attention was paid to that. As far as I’m concerned, a very bad experience.
