We made an appointment for a viewing of an apartment offered by Jonker in Almelo at the harbor. We were supposed to go and look on December 2nd. On Sunday, December 1st, we were cancelled and a new appointment was to be made. No problem. We were supposed to be called. There was no call. So we had to call ourselves. We were supposed to be called back again. We are still waiting for that, and in the meantime the apartment is already under offer. I find this a very poor work ethic from Jonker Makelaardij. But that shows that things are going too well for the real estate agents these days, and there are ten others for us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this realtor due to the failure to keep appointments. Very disappointed.

Wij zijn heel tevreden over de ondersteuning bij de verkoop en de aankoop van onze woning. Altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Het is een enthousiast team!

Hebben 5 verschillende makelaars uitgenodigd bij de verkoop. Maar bij eerste gesprek met Schakel Makelaars erna de rest afgebeld. Goede communicatie via mail en move, medewerkers zijn attent, duidelijk en geven direct antwoord op een vraag (evt een dag later). Vraagprijs was naar onze mening te hoog, deze is, na te weinig animo in overleg verlaagd, waarop snel tot verkoop van het huis. Al met al zeer tevreden over de afloop.

Het hele team van de Schakel heeft ons goed begeleid bij de verkoop van ons huis. Afspraken werden goed nagekomen. De communicatie verliep prima. Aantebevelen!

Prima advies en warm contact, Als er vragen waren, werd z.s.m. teruggebeld en vakkundig op de vragen gereageerd. Tijdens officiële stukken was de koffie ook super.

Eerste gesprek verliep prima echter de voorgestelde vraag prijs is niet gehaald. En kregen wij in de loop van proces steeds minder advies. Wat verstandig was in onze situatie in het verkoop proces.

Erg goede makelaar die erg fijn is in communicatie en het meedenken. We raden ze altijd aan iedereen aan. Van begin tot eind hebben ze erg hun best gedaan om ons huis zo snel mogelijk te verkopen en natuurlijk ook voor de beste prijs!

Absoluut geen aanrader. Gewoon een slecht bedrijf! Ze kunnen niet eens na opzeggen huur zorgen voor goede afhandeling van de betaalde borg en teveel betaalde huur. Als ze zoiets simpels al niet fatsoenlijk kunnen regelen dan kun je nagaan hoe het met andere zaken gaat. Want ze verwachten wel dat je de hele maand huur betaald ook al loopt het contract af op de 12e, dat zou dan later wel terug betaald worden. Om vervolgens te zeggen ze dat je niks terug krijgt en het verrekend is en daarna moet je zelf bewijs sturen dat je de hele maand vooruit betaald hebt 🤯 Vele mails en telefoontjes verder krijg je eindelijk een eind afrekening die niet klopt, einde contract datum klopt niet eens in de afrekening tot twee keer toe. Ze hebben zelf het contract opgesteld dan zou je toch wel verwachten dat ze dat goed hebben. Ze zeggen iets te laten horen maar je moet er steeds zelf achteraan gaan. Bijna 2 maanden later na de eerste eind afrekening was er weer een herberekening gemaakt en toen was de GWL-rekening ineens 2x duurder geworden waardoor er bij betaald moest worden in plaats van dat ze de borg en teveel betaalde huur terug betalen. Koekoek 🙃 Maar ook in de laatste eind afrekening klopt de datum van einde contract niet, dat scheelt 10 dagen dus dat moet gewoon terug betaald worden. Nu bijna 2 jaar later zou het toch wel eens tijd worden om jullie zaken goed af te handelen? Misschien dat deze review helpt.

De verkoop van onze woning is snel en zonder plooitjes verlopen door de professionele aanpak van Team Sanders. complimenten aan Narek hoe hij alles heeft begeleid. We zijn uitermate tevreden over het gehele proces.

Vraag altijd op de man af of er asbest in de woning zit, of er lodenpijpen aanwezig zijn, of er schimmel en rot in het hout zit, of er lekkages zijn. Anders verteld deze makelaar het niet aan jou als koper.
