I rented an apartment for three years and everything was very well organized. I was very satisfied with the landlord, because he usually took care of everything in the house immediately. After I moved out, we left it in a good place and he said that I would get my deposit back. After I reminded him, he said that he would keep some money for the scratches on the floor (which I agreed to) and for cleaning the garden. Cleaning the garden was completely unreasonable and I still don't understand why I have to pay for that. He kept €250, which I find quite a lot for scratches on a floor.
