After a viewing where Marlies was the sales broker, we decided to appoint Marlies as purchase and sale broker. We weren't super actively looking, but we did visit a whole lot of houses. Marlies went along every time and took the difficult questions and conversations with the other party out of our hands. Ultimately, we did find our dream house and we went for it! Marlies gave good advice, was truly honest when she thought a house wasn't suitable for us and guided everything to perfection. The sale of the old house also went well and was sold within no time! A very pleasant broker that we definitely recommend!
