I collaborated with Roos and she was amazing: she gave us an idea of what was possible, the current prices, how we needed to prepare for the move as soon as we found a home, and coached us through the big and small details during our search for a home in the US. She was the point of contact for correspondence with potential landlords, conducted video viewings, and even returned multiple times to inventory the furniture and kitchen appliances so that we could better understand what we needed to pack and purchase once we arrived at the apartment. She helped us arrange utilities and really helped us out of a fruitless apartment search, where we were able to move in within about three weeks. It seemed as if we were visiting them during the viewing, one of them said. They had experienced it as very pleasant.

I've had very bad experiences with the sale of my house. Everything, in my opinion, was based on the wishes of the notary, and as a result, the real estate agent exceeded all legal standards, which cost us a lot of money. The legal deadline within 6 weeks of transfer after the preliminary purchase agreement was not adhered to, but rather 5 weeks later both the real estate agent and the notary lied to us. The wishes of the buyer and seller were completely disrespected. I have learned from this ..I will never sell my house through a real estate agent again. Put it on Marktplaats (Marketplace), much better.

Sometimes reactive. After my signal, app or phone call, there was action. I don't think that’s the way to go. Furthermore, the choice has been made to advertise under a ‘round’ amount. This ensures that not all interested parties respond. I also find it strange that with 15 viewings only 3 bids were received, of which 1 was serious. I expected something different here.
