Prestige Housing knows the Amsterdam rental market, has contacts with companies where expats work. I had my apartment for rent through a real estate agent for a month and it wasn't rented out. Prestige Housing took different photos, a different description. Within a few days I had three viewings and within a week it was rented out. Clear price agreements. Highly recommended.

Good contact right from the start, first coming to our home to determine the strategy. An open and honest conversation. Ronald acts quickly and does what he says and agrees upon. I needed encouragement and he made sure to give it at the right moments. Strategy changed along the way through good consultation with a very nice result. Good business practices

Our buying and selling process went very well at Rohlof. Due to the short communication lines, things become clear quickly and are resolved quickly. Frank comes with good advice and he stands up for his clients if there is disagreement with other parties in the sales process.

Frank doesn't keep his self-made appointment and also doesn't respond after a text message. Not very nice.

We had SERGIO as a real estate agent for the sale of our house in Almere. How helpful, cheerful and professional he was. We sold our house at the first viewings for a very good price. He's a topper!
