Date unknownVery bad experience with Vesta. Especially the valuation by B. I still have my doubts whether he is a NVM appraiser. He looks in the land registry for surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He doesn't look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes at all. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very careless, very un-customer focused and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he will rip you off.

23 Jul 2025I got to know Joek as the sales broker of the house where I now live. He wasn't 'hired' by me, so to speak, but if I ever sell my house again, that’s what I would do. Joek connects with people; he is genuinely interested in how they are doing, and when he looks at a property, he sees the person who lives there. Also, Joek has an eye for how to get houses photographed well, which beautiful glimpses make the house worth it. So trust him if he wants to shuffle things around! His individuality is something you either like or not (I do). Don't expect a typical broker in a suit, but a man who lovingly and creatively puts a property on the market and goes to great lengths to make the sale a pleasure for both parties.

During this conversation, I was surprised by the enthusiasm of the broker and the time he took to answer my questions and provide advice. Especially remarkable that this conversation took place on Friday evening, well after 18:00. His role as a sales broker changed into a purchasing broker upon acquaintance. This resulted, to our amazement and to our delight, fairly quickly in a purchase and a lovely apartment, it's A'dam Good Story. 02 Jul 2025What a great guy Martin is. I've truly never encountered such a pleasant real estate agent before. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely understood. We didn't want to just sell our house to anyone after 28 years, and he understood that perfectly. I found it incredibly exciting, but Martin was there, understood it, and guided the process in a warm and empathetic way. Accessible, connected to who we are, and with an eye for the entire process. Besides Almere, he is very familiar with Lelystad, which was very important to us. We also appreciated that he well supported the buyers of our house because they were very enthusiastic but also overwhelmed because they're so in love with our house. Without any effort, he stood by them as well; that’s what I call a top real estate agent. Martin, thank you for all your good care. You are a real estate agent that I wish every buyer or seller of a house. You really get it.

15 May 2025They sell apartments without knowing the division of ownership deeds, let alone pointing this out to potential buyers. Years of conflict within the HOA is not mentioned to the buyers. Moreover, they lie about the proportions within the HOA and make it look better than it is. I warned Manuela about this but she didn't care. It is prohibited and unethical. However, she doesn't care about that.

Manuela (real estate manager/not a real estate owner) presents herself as very professional and cooperative, but that is absolutely an illusion. When we moved in, we discovered that several things were broken and needed to be repaired. For some things, it took more than six months to get them fixed, while quite a bit of money had to be paid monthly. She didn't allow me to contact the owner of the property myself to resolve some issues. Fortunately, he is very collegial and reasonable. Something that Manuela clearly isn’t. I would not recommend working with her as a tenant or real estate owner. Her way of communicating is very unpleasant and unreasonable. 2nd review (after rental period) after we left the apartment, it got even worse. Manuela texted me that I should remove this 1-star review. Her argument; my review is incorrect. She even threatened me with legal action if I didn’t remove this review. In my opinion, this portrays Manuela in all respects. In our case, she did not take responsibility for her negligence during our rental period. It was a complete nightmare for me and my family to have her as a property manager.

I had my apartment for rent through a real estate agent for a month and it wasn't rented out. Prestige Housing took different photos, a different description. Within a few days I had three viewings and within a week it was rented out. Clear price agreements. Highly recommended.
