Compared to a competitor, EKZ made a higher estimate of the sale price of the house and was also able to make this come true.

It was a business-like approach, which went well despite the change from the 1st broker to an internal 2nd broker. There have been several viewing appointments, but each time no one showed up or viewers either did or didn't cancel their appointment. Disappointing, also for the broker!!.

Good advice and friendly staff, a minor point for improvement is that they could have communicated more proactively about the process.

What a bad realtor came to look for a price quote and then you hear nothing more. Call them and leave a callback request and hear nothing more, meanwhile 10 days have passed.
