The full service went well, allowing us to outsource a lot of tasks, as we as the selling party live at a distance from the property being sold. The communication with the involved real estate agents was also good, a very important aspect in this case. If you sought contact, you were quickly called back or on the same day. What ran less smoothly was the response by email; it did arrive but quite late and sometimes not at all. It was unclear to me that you could also send messages via move...

The realtor (Gaby) was very slow and gave neither the tenant nor the landlord a good feeling. As a result, previously agreed deadlines were not met, which meant the rental could start later.

Know the realtor who handled the purchase of my house, which was also the reason for choosing this realtor for the sale. Fine photo shoot via the realtor and neatly in contact but more than just posting it on funda and having it in their portfolio/chatting with colleagues, I didn't notice. Not an adequate price-market assessment. Did some viewings myself. With the knowledge I have now, I would consult multiple realtors and not rely again on a good past experience (10 years ago).

I was planning to look online by email and called the broker directly after they posted a new apartment on Funda, but they didn't respond to email and didn't call back. I had to call them again today and they said there were too many requests to view the apartment, which is reasonable, and from the phone call the lady told me that they choose people who have a purchasing broker as a top priority and that this is the rule. I have purchased several properties in the Netherlands and this is the first time I've heard of this rule. This is unfair, and since I have experience with the purchase process, why would I need a broker to help me? and luckily I don't have to work with this unprofessional broker.

Unbelievable, stood in line for two and a half hours for a new construction project, De Rietkraag in Kwakel, when we were almost next, we were told that they could no longer help people and that we should go home. Very poorly organized, no communication while you stand outside waiting for two and a half hours.
