I can wholeheartedly recommend KRACHT Makelaars, because while I was still in Poland, two months before moving to the Netherlands, I arranged the entire rental procedure for the apartment via email. Ray, who handled the whole process, was incredibly helpful and patient. I didn't always have time to respond because I was constantly traveling. With incredible patience he explained my doubts and collected the documents I sent. Friendly and professional service deserves the highest five-star rating.

I was completely wrongly blamed for things (by Raymond) that I had nothing to do with.. If he doesn't like you for some reason, he will annoy you. Maybe he was bullied as a child and is now selectively seeking revenge on people or didn't have proper upbringing. I am at least very relieved that I now have a home from another real estate agent

The employees of Kracht Makelaars are friendly, professional and have an eye for both the landlord and the tenant. Despite the fact that I didn't say 'yes' to the offered property during my search, the experience was very pleasant.
With full enthusiasm, I viewed a studio and indicated that I would like to have it. Ray was very friendly and knowledgeable. Afterwards, I received an email asking me to send some documents. I did this and never heard back. I could at least have appreciated a rejection. It's a shame there was no communication.
Super service, Ray really tries to make everything work and responds quickly. Can definitely recommend it!
