Not recommended, they make mistake after mistake. Let mortgage documents lie around, leave documents lying for a week and then deny it, send purchase agreements to other parties, let you run unnecessary risks regarding the terms of sale of your house. They don't congratulate you on buying a house, no apologies for mistakes made, then deny their errors and accuse you of trying to get money out of them, so definitely not professional. They say they aim for a 10, but then shouldn’t hang up when things get difficult. Not customer friendly!!! Given our time constraints, there was no possibility of switching brokers. Otherwise we certainly would have!!!

Het fijne bij deze makelaar is, dat zij makkelijk bereikbaar is en je met al je vragen terecht kunt en nooit lang hoeft te wachten op een antwoord, ook niet buiten kantooruren. Voor een koper c.q. verkoper is dat heel prettig omdat het traject dat je doorloopt vaak onbekend terrein is en veel vragen kan oproepen. Verder wordt er een duidelijke tijdsplanning afgesproken, wat het traject overzichtelijk maakt.

Unfortunately absolutely doubtful. There is no response to emails or requests to be called back. Also strange business practices... The property is allegedly reserved for weeks and then further viewings take place... You can't shake the feeling that...
