Vermijd ze ten zeerste, tenzij je tijd, geld en een deel van je welzijn wilt verliezen. TLDR: Ze waren ongelooflijk onoplettend, reageerden niet en leverden werk van zeer lage kwaliteit in vergelijking met de prijs. We hebben maanden verloren door hen en moesten nog steeds betalen voor halfslachtig werk. En toen we met een daadwerkelijk bekwame makelaar in zee gingen, was het huis binnen een week verkocht. Ja, er was een prijsverschil met de tweede aanbieding, maar het draait allemaal om het gesprek en de verwachtingen. En Aldem kon het helemaal niets schelen. Hier is een lijst met problemen die we met hen hadden: - Het duurt meerdere dagen voordat ze reageren op de simpelste verzoeken. - Ze doen niets, tenzij je er specifiek om vraagt, en soms zelfs meerdere keren. - Ze hebben bijvoorbeeld geen "te koop"-bord opgehangen, hoewel we erom gevraagd hadden, en ze beweren dat we het nooit gewild hebben. - Ze hielden ons proces niet bij, gaven geen updates en gaven geen enkel advies. Ze beweren dat er niets te bespreken valt als er niemand belt. We hebben geprobeerd uit te leggen dat het nog belangrijker is om een update te krijgen zodat we onze opties kunnen bespreken? Want er is duidelijk iets mis met de vraagprijs en de presentatie als er niemand belt. - Ze lieten ons niet weten wanneer ons huis op Funda te koop stond. We moesten ze daar ook meerdere keren aan herinneren, en toen ze dat wel deden, kwamen we er pas toevallig achter. - Een extern bedrijf heeft een geweldige fotoshoot gedaan (hoewel we die nu niet meer kunnen gebruiken). En toen we ons appartement op Funda te koop zetten, uploadden ze gewoon willekeurig foto's. Kun je je voorstellen dat er een foto van de lift tussen de bovenste foto's van de advertentie staat, samen met de buiteningang? Je kunt de afbeelding zien. - We hadden niet eens een contract en ze dreigden er zelfs mee de advertentie niet van Funda te halen tenzij we zouden betalen. We stelden voor om een deel te betalen, de werkelijke waarde van het werk dat ze hadden gedaan, niet wat ze beweerden. En ze gebruikten de advertentie op Funda als pressiemiddel en zeiden dat ze de advertentie niet zouden verwijderen tenzij we het volledige bedrag betaalden. Het is deels onze schuld dat we de rode vlaggen niet hebben genegeerd en geen contract hebben opgesteld. Maar het is nu eenmaal zo. Dus alleen als je weet hoe je een huis moet verkopen en alleen als je hen specifiek kunt vertellen wat ze moeten doen, kun je met hen samenwerken. Maar in dat geval raad ik je aan om zelf een makelaarskantoor te beginnen.
