Never reply to emails, must be behind everything, would not rely too much on help as a buyer
Our mortgage application was complex and only Mr. Demirci could arrange it for us. He is very skilled and takes the time to do it right. We are very satisfied with the result.

Avoid them at all costs, unless you want to lose time, money and a part of your well-being. TLDR: They were incredibly inattentive, didn't respond and delivered work of very low quality compared to the price. We lost months with them and still had to pay for half-baked work. And when we went with an actually competent real estate agent, the house was sold within a week. Yes, there was a price difference with the second offer, but it's all about the conversation and expectations. And Aldem didn't care at all. Here is a list of problems we had with them: - It takes several days before they respond to the simplest requests. - They do nothing, unless you specifically ask them, and sometimes even multiple times. - For example, they didn't put up a 'for sale' sign, although we asked them to, and they claim that we never wanted it. - They didn't keep us in the loop, gave no updates and gave no advice whatsoever. They claim that there's nothing to discuss if nobody calls. We tried explaining that it's even more important to get an update so we can discuss our options? Because there is clearly something wrong with the asking price and presentation if nobody calls. - They didn't let us know when our house was up for sale on Funda. We had to remind them multiple times, and when they did, we only found out by chance. - An external company did a great photoshoot (although we can't use those anymore). And when we listed our apartment on Funda, they just uploaded random photos. Can you imagine that there's a photo of the lift between the top photos of the advertisement, together with the front entrance? You can see the image. - We didn't even have a contract and they even threatened not to remove the advertisement from Funda unless we paid. We suggested paying a part, the actual value of the work they had done, not what they claimed. And they used the advertisement on Funda as a pressure tactic and said that they wouldn't remove the ad unless we paid the full amount. It's partly our fault that we didn't ignore the red flags and didn't draw up a contract. But it's just how it is. So only if you know how to sell a house and only if you can specifically tell them what they need to do, can you work with them. But in that case I recommend you start your own real estate agency.
