Furthermore, the structure of the brokerage costs for the sale is made transparent beforehand. The client is and remains responsible for providing correct information about the object to be sold. This broker keeps the seller well informed by phone and email regarding the sales process, including dates and times of viewings, number of viewings, and promising bids. The office has a pleasant appearance, is tidy, organized, and easily accessible by car, bicycle, and public transport. Also by telephone or email, the office is always easily accessible (even outside regular office hours). The assistant broker fulfills his role well.
