Tenants and landlords: avoid this broker. Our experience with this rental broker was frankly disappointing. Appointments are not kept, communication is flawed to non-existent. In short: if you are looking for a broker who is always late, forgets appointments, acts unprofessionally and mainly talks but does little, then this is your man. If not: please look elsewhere. P.S. In response to his reaction, we may not have been direct clients (are the landlords only?), but we were definitely tenants and often had dealings with him.
