We have dealt with Bas Makelaars as the real estate agent of the selling party. They correctly brought buyer and seller together. Questions were answered quickly and all documents were immediately available.

Unfortunately, they do not honor appointments. A week and a half after an appointment is made, they cancel the appointment three days beforehand because they were not 'allowed' to make it. Just take time off on another day was their cheerful stance. Worthless.
