Two weeks ago I contacted this real estate agent because we really wanted to rent a house in a new construction project in Utrecht. I was told on the phone that it was already quite difficult to get a house there and that we would have to arrange everything the same day, and if not everything could be arranged in 1 day, they would see what they could do for us. I went directly to another real estate agent the next day who also had houses in the same new construction project and they immediately put a house under option for me, and we signed yesterday.
