Not keeping appointments. We were promised that we would easily get a new home through them. He would arrange it. Very customer-unfriendly realtor. During negotiation of suspensive conditions, he tries to bluff with the fact that he has already sold 150 houses and knows what should be included. Absolutely no negotiation and no respect at all! We had to upload proof of identification but the link wasn't even activated yet. Subsequently, he says after a day that we are too late and the purchase will not go ahead. We don't want anything to do with him anymore. Definitely not recommended! We are now avoiding all houses from this realtor.
