Very well assisted by Dennis and team. We made use of both purchase and sales advice. Good advice during the purchase regarding points to pay attention to and a well-supported story with the offer. Selling was pleasant throughout the steps and ultimately managed to realize a “nice transaction”. What stands out is the knowledge of the local market, pleasant demeanor, keeps appointments and takes just that extra step. Specific mention for Bobby, who particularly advised us very well to get the interior and details tight for the sale. It's a shame we are happy with our new home, otherwise I would work with them again.

I certainly do not recommend this broker. Untrustworthy, customer-unfriendly, poor performance, no respect for customers, etc., etc. Because I submitted an internal complaint to them, they closed my account (Detail: without consultation!). Not keeping appointments. We were promised that we would easily get a new home through them. He would arrange it. Very customer-unfriendly realtor. During negotiation of suspensive conditions, he tries to bluff with the fact that he has already sold 150 houses and knows what should be included. Absolutely no negotiation and no respect at all! We had to upload proof of identification but the link wasn't even activated yet. Subsequently, he says after a day that we are too late and the purchase will not go ahead. We don't want anything to do with him anymore. Definitely not recommended! We are now avoiding all houses from this realtor.
