I had a very disappointing experience with one of the broker managers during a property viewing on the Esthersingel. We had scheduled the appointment more than ten days in advance for 11:30 am and even received a confirmation email the day before. However, on the morning of the appointment, the agent called and texted to change the appointment to 11:00 am, while I was fully occupied and did not have access to my phone. When we arrived at 11:25 am, we were given only five minutes before the viewing, without a word of introduction or details about the property, but full of accusations. The agent was completely disengaged and focused on her phone, even when we said goodbye. I understand that emergencies can happen, but what frustrated me most was the unprofessional attitude of the agent. Instead of apologizing or offering an alternative solution, she kept blaming us for not cooperating and being unreachable, which was utterly nonsensical. This is not the service level you would expect from a professional real estate agency. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.
