I had a very disappointing experience with one of the real estate agents during a viewing at Esthersingel. We had scheduled the appointment more than ten days in advance for 11:30 AM and even received a confirmation email the day before. However, on the morning of the appointment, the agent called and sent an SMS to reschedule the appointment to 11:00 AM, while I was completely occupied and had no access to my phone. When we arrived at 11:25 AM, we were only given five minutes for the viewing, without any introduction or details about the property, but full of complaints. The agent was completely uninterested and focused on her phone, even when we said goodbye. I understand that emergencies can happen, but what frustrated me the most was the unprofessional attitude of the agent. Instead of apologizing or offering an alternative solution, she kept blaming us for not cooperating and being unreachable, which was completely nonsensical. This is not the service level you expect from a professional real estate office. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.
