Ik had een zeer teleurstellende ervaring met een van de makelaars tijdens een bezichtiging aan de Esthersingel. We hadden de afspraak meer dan tien dagen van tevoren gepland voor 11:30 uur en ontvingen zelfs de dag ervoor nog een bevestigingsmail. De ochtend van de afspraak belde de makelaar echter en stuurde een sms om de afspraak te verplaatsen naar 11:00 uur, terwijl ik helemaal bezet was en geen toegang had tot mijn telefoon. Toen we om 11:25 uur aankwamen, kregen we slechts vijf minuten voor de bezichtiging, zonder een woord van introductie of details over de woning, maar vol verwijten. De makelaar was volledig ongeïnteresseerd en gefocust op haar telefoon, zelfs toen we afscheid namen. Ik begrijp dat noodgevallen kunnen gebeuren, maar wat me het meest frustreerde, was de onprofessionele houding van de makelaar. In plaats van zich te verontschuldigen of een alternatieve oplossing aan te bieden, bleef ze ons maar de schuld geven dat we niet meewerkten en niet bereikbaar waren, wat volkomen onzinnig was. Dit is niet het serviceniveau dat je van een professioneel makelaarskantoor verwacht. Op basis van deze ervaring zou ik dit kantoor niet aanbevelen.
