In January I bought an apartment, during which, during the viewing, negotiation process and until the notary, nothing was said about a zoning plan or construction of an apartment in front of our door. Afterwards, I heard it through other channels. There was a deliberate lack of discussion about a zoning plan. Subsequently, you are dismissed by the internal service. Every time they refer to due diligence, but in my opinion there is also an information obligation. It's quite strange that Brecheisen from another location is transparent when selling an apartment in the same complex and makes this known during viewings. 1-8-2025, now 3 weeks later and still no response in the form of any contact. That’s how seriously you are taken!
