Unfortunately, this party was assigned by the insurer for a number of policies. They don't bother, don't want to put in any effort, and I don't expect them to even answer an email with simple questions for them. Currently, I have been waiting for a response for a month already. Stay far away from these people; you get absolutely nothing out of them. I am going to look for another broker and see if I can move the policies elsewhere. They won’t earn anything more from me.
Long story short: stay away from this party. We bought a house for the first time in 2021. We had no experience, little knowledge about mortgages and the many things that come with it. The mortgage advisor we had didn't give us advice; he basically just made suggestions. And those suggestions all sound very good until you realize what other (better) options there are. The same advisor often seemed unwilling to explain things. He talked as if you should understand everything. In another case, the same man casually requested a new quote from the bank to increase the interest rate deposit. He did all of this without informing us. Suddenly he sent the quote through asking for our signature. When we asked him if he thought it was normal to do that without consultation, we received no answer. An expensive advisor (more than for his services).
The real estate agent from HMN Makelaars is knowledgeable, friendly, decisive when necessary and actively thinks along with solutions. In addition, he communicates well and strives for the optimal result.
Terrible and awful. Received a letter from them. Called and was supposed to receive a callback. 5 times emailed. Absolutely nothing!

Beginning in January, I was helped by Mr. N.Heiner regarding a new mortgage advice. Unfortunately, I was then told that there is only 1 option and as I know nothing about mortgages, I went along with it. By chance, I discovered that there are multiple options, even better options. I ultimately found this out myself. My mistake is therefore that I should have asked for a second opinion. My trust in Mr. N.Heiner has disappeared. Now, I am repeatedly expected to pay a considerable amount to Midden Nederland while a colleague who understood my story told me over the phone that I do not need to pay this. I even received a credit note. Not only did I have to figure everything out for a new mortgage, Mr. N.Heiner never came up with a solution. My advice is always get a second opinion, never immediately agree with just the first option. And Midden Nederland will never receive a positive review from me!
Respond very poorly or actually not at all when you send an email. I sent emails on February 24th and March 12th and still no response.
Financially, these people really know their way around all markets. Whether it's about crowdfunding (All4Funding), insurance or mortgages. Simply excellent!
Very good service. And they are honest about what is and isn't possible. They also helped me well with other policies.
Very unprofessional and amateur company. On the line, they are also extremely rude. The young man told me he couldn't conjure up my policy. When I asked for another employee, he said it was very busy. And when I said I didn't mind waiting, he said I should then keep a line occupied. They don't think with you and cut you off immediately. Apparently the intermediary of ASR. We also advise you to read the policy carefully!!!!
Receive a personal letter, in which they report that they have taken over our mortgage advisor.... however, apparently purchased a fictitious customer file, because they have never processed a mortgage through an advisor/broker and if there ever was an indicative consultation. Then that was more than 18 years ago. They clearly do not have their affairs in order.
In the terms and conditions of my policy it stated that approximately 7% on the extra deposits would go to the intermediary. In this case, Hypotheken Midden Nederland. Fortunately, the intermediary waived this provision, which meant my investment yielded much better returns. Super nicely arranged. Thank you.

It's that you have to give 1 star... They are very unprofessional! Promise mountains of gold and deliver a lot ... hay ... Very poor communication, absolutely no ambition to actually help people. Things went so wrong for us that the manager eventually took over, but even he couldn't manage it. The only thing they have meant for us is a waste of time and stress. I would not recommend them to anyone!
