Iris has been renting out apartments for me for years. Very satisfied with her professional approach, good rental prices and transparent communication. Questions or problems from tenants are also resolved neatly!
I can really recommend everyone to work with Iris. She is not only a very pleasant person but also very skilled and professional. We had some special requests, wanted to do a number of things ourselves, and especially have Iris handle the administrative hassle and legal matters. That was all possible; she truly provides custom solutions. Next time we would gladly work with her again.
I myself have been in contact with Iris. I would like to write a book about this, but will briefly summarize it for you in 5 things that struck me. 1. Alert (response to my questions within no time) 2. Attentive (even outside of office hours) 2.1 I even heard the children shouting in the background. Haha 3. Neat (knew exactly what she was talking about and what she could and couldn't offer) 4. Trust (having come to an agreement with each other several times creates a bond and that brings trust with it) 5. Solution-oriented (she understands very well how to take into account situations that change and knows how to adapt to them like no other) After having closed deals with her multiple times, I will always return to her. Glad that I have Iris in my network.
Good price, beautiful location, beautiful apartments, with kitchen. Good and courteous employee. Close to Central Station.
The equipment was new and tasteful, but the cleaning was crazy, they say it's the new cleaner, but everything is clean, she won’t even change the sheets! also doesn’t work, they say it’s a motion sensor, it always showed the pendulum and how many degrees I wanted, but nothing happened. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is also very busy, thanks to the multi-multistreet and the constant traffic of motors. But the apartment was really beautifully equipped, including a hairdryer and kitchen utensils, so this is a bit of a review about the elevators. The possibility of free laundry is also good.
