An annoying realtor, you make an appointment for a viewing which, without consultation, is changed at the last moment into an open viewing so that an attempt is made to get everyone to start bidding frantically. If your time is valuable, look at properties from realtors who understand it. My advice to everyone: ignore this realtor; as long as this type of realtor is around, prices will only be driven up further and no one benefits from that.

Denise is an incredibly unpleasant realtor who receives undeserved positive reviews. You make appointments, and then suddenly you hear shortly beforehand that it will be an open house, hoping to work everyone against each other and drive the price up for the last pennies. She also has no idea what's happening in the house, that doors are being thrown around, dirty shoes are being walked on, people are sitting in closets where valuable items might be located. Through indirect inquiries, it turns out she doesn't even have the official NVM papers herself to be a realtor; she has to do it under the name of another party. To raise questions that a positive review suddenly appeared shortly after mine, don't fall for it.... (there were no reviews on google before this)

The story checks out quite a bit from what I read, if they offer a house for sale you might as well sell your soul, that’s how much the price is inflated, a pleasant 'new home' experience, which they ruin with this way of selling.
