Mitch sold our house within a week! Yes the market is good, but Mitch is even better. From the very first moment he guided us through the entire process. With an angelic patience he explained everything. Mitch gave us (good) advice about the sale. He even thought along with the arrangement of the interior so that we could take the most beautiful photos for Funda! He listened well to our situation and considered all aspects. He didn't just go for the highest achievable price, but also for the process that is most suitable for us. The perfect combination between business and human touch! Appointments with potential buyers went smoothly. Mitch was super flexible, both towards us and towards the buyers. After each visit he made a short report so that we also got a little picture of what was happening. During the sales process, Mitch was again there to advise us, mediate and close the deal smoothly. We wish everyone who is going to sell their house a real estate agent like Mitch and wholeheartedly recommend him!

I am reading mostly positive reactions here, which surprises me. Perhaps the difference lies in the services provided by the agency. I have experienced Makelaarschap Makelaardij as an intermediary when renting a property. For this (in contrast to what I read about selling a property), I would strongly advise against Makelaarschap Makelaardij! Very difficult and slow communication, often unreachable by phone. Frequently received extra charges for apparently provided additional services. The invoices only stated an amount and not what the costs were for or statements that the costs had actually been incurred. In addition, 6 weeks after leaving my property, I still have not received my deposit back. Again, I am unable to make contact with Makelaarschap Makelaardij.

Our house sold with fine and expert advice in the negotiation process with Paulien and Niels. Important to us was that our arguments and points of attention were listened to well.

This became even higher after a good negotiation by real estate agents regarding the transfer date and items to be taken over. When searching for a temporary rental property as a bridge, we also received good advice.
