This was the second time I collaborated with Arlan and Makelaarswinkel, and again with great satisfaction. The real estate agents of Makelaarswinkel are expert, realistic, know the market, and take the extra step to sell your house well. I got acquainted with Makelaarswinkel when I had a viewing at a house I was interested in, and that tour was so good, that I thought I want my house to be sold this way. Opening the door and letting people look around is not what makes a real estate agent good, but rather showing interest in potential buyers and understanding which aspects of your house suit them and therefore must be emphasized. The estimation of the expected selling price and corresponding asking price is realistic and well-supported. All in all, an absolute recommendation if you are looking for a good real estate agent, for a fair price who knows what they're doing!
