After requesting a quote and calling several mortgage advisors, Harold from Munters Adviesgroep gave the best impression in terms of motivation and services. Since the meeting, we believe that he is honest and patient. He also quickly got things done. Initially, it was still uncertain whether we could get the mortgage we needed. After some investigation by Harold, he confirmed that it was possible, but only for the new regulations of 2023. This was difficult because the mortgage application was quite late and banks are usually not the fastest. Due to Harold’s and Patricia's quick work, we were on time with our mortgage. Harold became our purchasing agent and mortgage advisor, but did more than just his responsibility. We were super happy with him, especially because he voiced his opinion and shared his opinion with explanation. He explained the ins and outs of everything we didn't understand (which was quite a lot). Patricia took care of all the documents and she was always clear about what we needed.
