Very good experience with Walter and Arjan when purchasing my first house. With the second offer, already got a good spot! Clear about what I could expect during the pre-work. Also, if you want to search without a full purchase trajectory, you can still get valuable guidance with their bidding help in determining your offer. Here they remained realistic but also thought along with more ambitious offers. Communication was very low-threshold and if a quick bidding action was needed, they were almost always quickly reachable. When closing the mortgage we had a small setback where multiple banks were stricter than initially thought. This was also handled very neatly and quickly by taking action at many banks simultaneously, so that in the end the mortgage was completed without problems and on time. Absolutely recommended!
