Martijn is een zeer ervaren en deskundig makelaar met groot netwerk in Utrecht en omgeving. Martijn had bij mij sowieso de gunfactor omdat hij zelfstandig makelaar is. Geen grote praatjes zoals de snelle jongens van de grote kantoren in Utrecht. Gewoon een goede makelaar met kennis van zaken die je zeer goed begeleid in het verkoopproces. Daarnaast werkt Martijn met een vaste fee wat ik zelf heel prettig vond. En ondanks de vaste fee doet Martijn niet minder zijn best om het huis goed te verkopen (zoals andere makelaars met variabele fee weleens beweren). Mocht ik ooit nog een keer een huis verkopen dan bel ik Martijn!

Ik ben erg tevreden over Martijn. Een deskundige makelaar, fijn en duidelijk in de communicatie en open voor een verkoopuitdaging. Zijn missie was om mijn huis te verkopen, maar wel waarbij ik zoveel mogelijk ontlast zou worden ivm gezondheidsproblemen. Een extra uitdaging en missie geslaagd hoor! Heel knap hoe Martijn snapte wat ik nodig had en fijn hoe hij zaken als een notaris keuze koper en volmacht heeft geregeld. De terugkoppeling na elke bezichtingsdag was ook erg fijn om te krijgen, krijg je toch een beetje een beeld wat er speelt en wat de mogelijke uitkomst gaat zijn. Van begin tot eind alle vertrouwen gehad in en een fijne samenwerking met Martijn. Een absolute aanrader dus als je een persoonlijke, ervaren, deskundige makelaar zoekt om je huis ook nog eens goed te verkopen.

Absolutely no pushover, or other kind of rogue with antics but an honest broker. During the process, easy/fast direct contact and consultation which is very pleasant when dealing with such large amounts. Recommended not only because of the rate (competitive) but definitely also because of the service and accessibility/speed! Our apartment was on Funda in no-time and sold within no-time.

We initially wanted to sell our house ourselves, but after Martijn came by, we decided to appoint him as a selling agent. Absolutely no regrets about that. If you have another option, I strongly advise you to stay away from this real estate agency. The owner is absolutely not reliable and his knowledge about the house he is trying to sell is limited. He doesn't know basic facts about the house, such as the ceiling height and the periodic payment (VVE). He has a very irritating way of speaking, as if he considers himself superior to you. He acts as if you should be making an offer on the house. I actually wanted to make an offer on the house, but after his behavior, I decided not to do so. This is the worst real estate agency in the Netherlands that I have ever seen.
