Martijn is a very experienced and expert real estate agent with a large network in Utrecht and surrounding areas. Martijn had the gunfactor with me anyway because he is an independent real estate agent. No big talk like the fast boys from the large offices in Utrecht. Just a good real estate agent with business knowledge who guides you very well through the selling process. In addition, Martijn works with a fixed fee which I found very pleasant myself. And despite the fixed fee, Martijn does not do less effort to sell the house well (as other agents with variable fees often claim). If I ever have to sell a house again, I will call Martijn!

If you have another option, I strongly advise you to stay away from this real estate agency. The owner is absolutely not reliable and his knowledge about the house he is trying to sell is limited. He doesn't know basic facts about the house, such as the ceiling height and the periodic payment (VVE). He has a very irritating way of speaking, as if he considers himself superior to you. He acts as if you should be making an offer on the house. I actually wanted to make an offer on the house, but after his behavior, I decided not to do so. This is the worst real estate agency in the Netherlands that I have ever seen.
