Good experience with property management! Good communication and good portals for reporting repairs and tracking finances. The professionalism and digitalization make communication with the landlord smooth and easy.
If selected for viewings, the communication is excellent. Also during the move. But after that, the communication changes completely. Unanswered emails and returning the deposit took more than 30 days. Only after referral to a lawyer was the deposit returned. Moreover, the 5-star reviews are from people who have just moved in. They ask you for a review in exchange for some restaurant discounts.

I have been working with VGW since 2016 as a landlord of several apartments in Utrecht. Robin, Damian and Max always provide professional assistance in finding suitable tenants and the handover. I recently moved to the Far East and am confident that they will (continue) to serve me and my tenants well.

EDIT: Unfortunately, they accused us of breaking things in the apartment to withhold our deposit - which wasn't true and they later admitted it wasn't true. Subsequently, they withdrew a large amount from our security deposit for cleaning, despite the fact that the apartment was checked off as 'clean' by their colleague after our departure. SCAMMERS DO NOT USE.

This is not a pleasant group to work with. They ask for your money to register, but they are unreachable by phone and do not respond to your emails. It's even impossible to get a house viewing from them.

They are unhelpful, inattentive and it is so difficult to get in touch with them. I paid 20 euros for their subscription, I couldn't log in and use my subscription. I sent them an email and received no help from them. Don't give your money to these people.
From the first phone call to the handover of the key, I was extremely well assisted. There was a quick response and immediate action. I would recommend VGW Group.
For 2 rental properties, I sent a contact form to VGW. After confirmation of receipt, I never heard anything more. For tenants, VGW is standardly unreachable by phone. But they also don't respond to emails. This seems like an unreliable company.
