Get an appraisal done. The report took a week and a half to agree on. It was initially rejected by the supervisory body because no one knew how to include certain activities in the renovation specifications. Contact with the Appraiser could only be made via email or leaving a message at reception. Ultimately successful, but the price (€895) in relation to the service and expertise is, in my opinion, not proportionate.

Last week, we had an appraisal of our house done. This was quickly agreed upon and processed. The viewing by Kyras was very friendly, fast, and businesslike at the same time, in short, very professional. The experience with the appraisal five years ago was just as positive.
