Don't trust this real estate agent! We had a terrible experience. He made countless promises, but once the sale began, he didn't follow through. Constant mistakes: wrong square meters, wrong number of rooms, weeks of delays in listing on Funda, no communication at all – especially not on the bidding day. He even refused to consider an offer we were interested in, just because he thought it was too low. This led to a lot of stress, frustration and ultimately a lot of money loss. We had to fire him and with a new real estate agent, we finally sold the house. We are now happily in our new home. Don't fall for his smooth talk – avoid Arjan! And, note: many of the reviews here are older than 4 months. His company didn't even exist back then – which proves that he makes everything up. Be smart. Stay away!
