Outstanding real estate agent! Very accessible, fine communication.

I am a bit disappointed. I registered and paid. I thought it would help to get e-mail notifications as soon as new properties are added, but that doesn't happen... In the end I view a new property from them via other sites, while already several hours have passed and of course there are already many applications. I thought that by paying the fees (at least) I would get faster e-mail notifications about new properties listed on the site, so that I could react more quickly, but unfortunately it doesn't happen... Update** After they had described and explained the situation, they didn't help and didn't solve it. It even got worse. Very disappointing and unfortunately a waste of money....

I can't express how clear my experience was and how helpful Nanda and Hedwig have been. I’ve felt overwhelmed and depressed during the past year while searching for my apartment. Hedwig and Nanda are very professional. This is one of the few websites that is worth the registration costs. They have a good offer, proactively contact you, and ensure that the process runs smoothly. After two months of applications and viewings, I can say that your-house excels in their service.

I created an account and paid, but didn't receive a code back. Even after informing Hedwig personally and calling multiple times, they haven't resolved my issue. I even sent proof of payment. So I essentially paid for nothing, because I can't even log in and register for a home. Disgusting!

We are incredibly happy with Your House. There is regular availability with a wide selection of homes for 1-2 people but even for families. The managed properties almost always have an attractive location in and around the center of Utrecht. I've been renting through Your House for over 2.5 years. Communication is always transparent and fast, Hedwig and his colleagues are easily accessible. You don’t need to worry about old and dilapidated houses here. Repair requests are responded to quickly and the connected handymen in their network are friendly and tidy. Most importantly, the offered homes have a fair price and are cheaper than comparable homes nearby. Furthermore, a great advantage when viewing is that approximately 6 people are invited. This way you already know that you have a much higher chance of actually getting the property compared to real estate agents where 30+ people are invited for a viewing.

Registration costs paid so I could respond to a property. After my response, I was able to come by for a viewing. Due to work, I couldn't be there, but a friend wanted to go for me. Hedwig said it was also an option to send a video via Whatsapp the next day. Super nice, at least that’s what I thought. I haven't heard anything more. I tried several times to get in touch, but I never heard from them again. Now I see on the website that the relevant property has been rented out. A shame about the poor and unprofessional communication!

Fast and clear communication!

Although I paid 25 euros for the registration and had reacted to two houses within an hour of publication, I was rejected two days later for viewings because too many people had come along. I even called the phone number to reserve a spot, but that number was forwarded to someone else who promised your-house to let them know they should call me back, but they never did. I find this completely unprofessional.

Nanda and Hedwig are incredibly efficient, warm, friendly, and involved in fulfilling the wishes of their customers. I would definitely recommend them for your search!

Initially, there were some problems with this broker after we had found a house through them. But after a good conversation, everything was resolved properly. And now I can say that I am ultimately very satisfied with the way things went!

Unlike other real estate agencies, they actually reply to a viewing request instead of saying the viewing is full, even if you contact them directly after the advertisement was published or they don't respond at all.
