RECOMMENDER !!! Mandy is very knowledgeable and therefore has a lot of expertise! You notice that she does her job with a lot of passion and pleasure. She is also honest and reliable (which I myself find very important). Furthermore, she is empathetic and really involved in the (ver) purchase, which makes her think well with you. You really work “together” with her. Good guidance and good communication. She takes that extra step together with Petra and Liz. I also found that very nice: you are not a number (as is often the case with many large real estate agencies) so that all three are really personally available for you and accessible. In summary: Thick 5 stars!

After having 4 real estate agents visit for an intake interview, Mandy from Laan20 came by, whom we knew from her previous job at Wijzer Wonen. She also advised and assisted us well there with the rental of property. We immediately decided to work with Mandy and have her sell our house. After an intensive photo session and preparing the presentation, it went online. Her involvement, advice, and guidance were perfect. We expected 6-10 months to sell the house. In less than 7 weeks, it was sold. The settlement, the contact she made with the buyers, and the collaboration were incredible. A big compliment for Mandy. Who as of 01/11/24 has become the sole owner of Laan20. Her back office is handled by Petra which functions super well. Thank you for the pleasant period that we were able to work together and the successful completion hereof.
