This broker does not adhere to the rules. This broker forces buyers to sign an addition to an already signed purchase agreement. However, the buyer does not want this addition. This broker threatens to unilaterally terminate the purchase agreement and threatens that the agreed-upon claimable penalty of 10% will not be paid out if the agreed-upon agreement is not fulfilled. Oh yes, the reason for the addition is a mistake by Ruijters. In any case, I do NOT recommend this broker to anyone!
