Via acquaintances and family, we ended up with Boek & Offermans. We were already running the purchase process for our new home through them, but we also entered into an agreement with Maurice Cergnul of Boek & Offermans regarding the sale of our own house in Hoensbroek. A good look was taken at the house while enjoying a cup of coffee. Subsequently, Maurice got to work and collaborated with his colleagues and other parties (floor plans + photos) to present my house in the best possible way. The social contact with Maurice is also very pleasant and he is always accessible! A skilled employee whom I recommend to everyone!
