Waardeloos bedrijf! Ze maken eerst afspraken en annuleren die vervolgens zonder een andere dag of tijd voor te stellen. Als je geen moedertaalspreker van het Nederlands bent, word je op een gegeven moment van de wachtlijst gehaald met de mededeling dat er ook iemand anders op hetzelfde tijdstip zit.

Geachte heer We hebben u een alternatieve optie aangeboden, jammer dat u daar geen gebruik van heeft gemaakt. Natuurlijk is het geen probleem als u geen Nederlands spreekt, wij verzorgen de bezichtigingen in meerdere talen. Het spijt ons dat u een verkeerde indruk heeft gekregen.

Our house sold through InterMakelaars and also this second time really top service. Both the real estate agents (Remy and Rob) as well as certainly the support staff (Nadine) know what they are talking about and have advised us well at every moment on the steps to take. Not selling any more houses for now but otherwise I would contact them again immediately.

Rented a house in the center of Venray for two years. The house at that time had gray walls on the ground floor and a bright pink wall in the bedroom. Never given the opportunity to have the previous resident leave it white. So, a poor handover. Now for takeover, a laminate floor is offered which lies throughout the house and on the ground floor 1 yellow wall, on the 1st floor and 2nd floor 1 yellow wall. After 2 months, finally received notification that they really want to give a ridiculously low amount for the floor and we have to paint the walls white. After explanation about how we received the house, there is no room for agreement. For two years always neatly paid quite a high rent, the house very well maintained (others could learn something from that) and now stink for thanks. I do not recommend ACM as a real estate agent and am certainly not happy with the handling of the handover. Very unfortunate.
