The worst real estate agent I've ever visited. I've never had such an unpleasant conversation. For 30 minutes, I only heard how bad all the other advisors are and how good they are. I tried to make the conversation as objective as possible, but that was almost impossible. Very unprofessional.

Natalia has absolutely no interest in her clients, she doesn't pick up her phone. You have to be desperate to invest your time and effort in her. I don't recommend her. There are much better agencies, and the language barrier is not a problem. Martens is just not the same. And Aneta certainly deserves a plus, but Natalia, Natalia, you know how to treat your customers. Without your mother you would have gone back into production again.

Tijdverspilling. Ze las mijn bericht (2 zinnen) niet, maar maakte wel een afspraak voor me. Ze was 25 minuten te laat en na de eerste zin bleek dat ik 120 km voor niets had gereden. Gebrek aan professionaliteit, geen aandacht voor de klant, geen respect voor de tijd van de klant. Niet aan te raden.

Operation because I can't give an answer: aggressive, haha, great. Irritated or aggressive – those are of course two completely different behaviors. You probably don't know it yourself, and you've either never met an aggressive person, or you don't know the meaning of the term and you're an excellent psychologist. Are you not going to treat the rest? I see that you have answers everywhere, unfortunately they are not content-related. I can't remember him slamming the door in my face. And I said 'he always has that expression', which led you to conclude he was irritated or aggressive. Yes, after a few weeks, because you obviously don't want to hear this opinion immediately after the meeting. This opinion is not written by a 'frustrated' (how is he actually?) man, but by a completely un-frustrated woman who just wanted to share the situation so people in my country could see it for themselves :). The situation I experienced at Martens brokerage is pathetic, utterly unprofessional and incompetent. It doesn't even deserve one star. Just a short introduction: Mrs Nathalie – our first appointment didn't go entirely smoothly because she accidentally wrote down the wrong date (I had to leave work an hour earlier, so I was immediately late), but well, that can happen, so I'll skip over that. When the appointment finally took place, there were a few strangers in the room (they came right after us), in an open space where the woman gave us loud confidential information, such as the loan amount I could pay. There was not a single respect for privacy rules. We didn't get any reliable answers or essential (!!) information (naturally I can check most of it myself, but assuming someone is completely unaware when entering, is an assumption that I'm abusing my lack of knowledge). Literally 5 minutes later, Mrs Nathalie looked at my husband and declared: *warning*: HE IS IRRITATED. It's important to emphasize that he had done nothing, said nothing from which conclusions could be drawn, and asked normal questions. She became more and more excited and said she didn't want to meet with us anymore (interrupting me), naturally all of this in the presence of all these people. Her behavior and manners were outright scandalous; she got up from her chair and went to wash her hands, clearly indicating that she had no more interest in it. Someone who is trying to convince me to use their services doesn't behave like that? Seriously, not a grain of professionalism. The woman claimed she had been doing this for years and 'never experienced anything like that' (actually I still don't know what it was xD) – so I can say that I've been using the services of professionals for years, but no one has ever treated me like that (although in my opinion she's far from professional). I recommend going directly to a Dutch office or another Polish office that offers such services, because from what I've heard, my opinion is not unique. I wish Mrs Nathalie a lot of humility, because she might one day still come across an unpleasant surprise. I would not even buy a bicycle through this woman. Thank you, and kind regards.
