A good realtor overall, but didn't keep me informed enough when there were viewers. I usually had to call to find out myself. Also, incorrect communication that buyers would have been told that the garden table/chairs, contrary to previous messages, would remain in place. Otherwise, I would have taken them. During the sale, the buyers knew nothing and were pleasantly surprised that it was still there. It also didn't sell as quickly as expected.

Made a purchase through Veluwe Chalets - and signed a purchase agreement. The inspection report provided by them was shared with me free of charge under the name 'extra service'. So I, (a woman alone who bought property for the first time) no longer had an inspection carried out and fully trusted theirs. (in collaboration with Woonkeur) Unfortunately, the inspection report proved unreliable when I had two experts look at my purchase the weekend after signing. (I didn't get this time for the sale because everything had to be quick and I went along with it) After that, I decided to terminate the purchase. I was still well within my statutory and contractual cooling-off period of three days. (See Rijksoverheid, article 7:2 WB and the conditions of Veluwe Chalets themselves) Unfortunately, a conflict arose in which they informed me that I could not terminate. I have been able to refute one argument after another. And for the last one, namely that it would not be immovable property - and therefore I would not have a cooling-off period, I engaged a lawyer. (Read Portacabin ruling) That was the end of it. Under the pretext 'that a lawsuit would take too much time for the selling party', Veluwe Chalets withdrew.. I only want to emphasize this to people: don't be rushed and read the conditions very carefully and know your rights!! Because they try to play it out and contradict their own terms if necessary. (Article 3:3 general term Veluwe Chalets on their own website) I have certainly learned a lot from it, that’s the positive thing about it. ☺️

A valuation for my holiday home was carried out by this company. The person who did it gave a rather high estimate, which surprised me. After that, I had to quickly sign the order confirmation. When the valuation report arrived, it turned out the value was a third lower than the price he originally indicated. Also, there were demonstrable errors in the report; for example, 1 bed was listed, while his own photos showed that there were 2 beds.

I am very satisfied with the entire sales process of our holiday home. It was really nice that I got to meet Ronald and Annette prior to the sale, during the intake meeting. A beautiful sales presentation was created with lovely, clear photos. Excellent accessibility, good communication, fast and direct. With their extensive experience and solid expertise, they managed to realize the sale of our holiday home in a short period of time.(ps; concerns sale December 2021 but review was removed)

Responded twice to a vacation rental and in both cases, no or very late response. The first one had already been sold, and we didn't wait for the second one any longer. It seems to me that real estate agents nowadays “earn” enough (actually, the correct word is “get”) to adequately represent their clients. I absolutely do not have that feeling with this agency. We will continue with a realtor who understands it. NB 31/......the realtor's response comes after the meal. Therefore, we did not respond either.

The contact was fine. After submitting a correction, the old information remained. Troublesome. We found the brokerage fee high. But good work was done.

I rented a bungalow from Henk, and the contract didn't mention anywhere that € 100 would be charged for the final cleaning (it was clarified that he had given me a dirty and unclean house). I've been trying for 5 months to contact him to get the money back that was left without reason. I had to go to the office, as it seems, according to what I see, this is not the first time, he never picks up the phone. He told me that I had to give him the dirty house because they had to clean it, and I made clear to him that if you give me a dirty house, I won't give it back to you shining like it should be, also that when he came to pick up the keys on the last day of the contract, he didn't say anything about the fact that the house was dirty (because it wasn't) or that part of my deposit would be withheld. After more than 5 months, I'm still waiting for this man to have the intention to answer.

Real estate agent does not respond to requests for contact to view a property. So, does not want to sell, shame on the owner in question!
