Really a strange realtor. I was on a viewing last week and the lady knew ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I wouldn't sell your house like that. Me: Are there problems with the foundation? Her: no idea, I have to look it up. Me: Year of construction of the central heating system? Her: No idea. Me: How many members are in the Owners’ Association? Her: No idea. This isn't a good representation for the seller. But also a useless viewing for a buyer, since I didn't get a good feeling from it.

A decent realtor in itself, but unfortunately they are very easygoing and rush their work. I am a customer and had paid for their service, so I would have expected them to be more customer-focused. Now, for example, they gave the wrong water level. Things can happen of course, but I would expect them to address this directly and also pass it on to me.

Completely useless and unprofessional. Floris initially ignored me literally, but when I insisted on a response, he reacted a few days later with a short text like 'your budget is too low'. Incidentally, our budget was higher than required for several of their apartments, and before he finally responded, someone had already responded with the available price ranges within my budget, but that's Floris for you — a very nice man. It was literally easier to buy an apartment than to deal with the circus that the Dutch rental market is, especially with clowns like this. And that’s what we did.

The rental agreement was full of errors, the rent was sent to an incorrect account number, photos of the house were supposed to be sent but never received, but the most important thing was the temporary termination of the agreement.
