Hofstede Makelaardij Waalwijk was very pleasant to work with. They had a personal approach: They listened to our wishes and thought along about how the process could best be set up to fulfill those wishes. They explained the different options and were willing to set up the process in such a way that various people could help out, for example by reading through documents or uploading them online, refining the brochure, and all other aspects. The entire process of selling the house was a pleasant experience.

I would absolutely reject this agency. We had many misunderstandings with a young agent who did not know the market rules. With every contact, problems arose; he was arrogant and rude. Yet, when I recall the sale of the house, I feel anger. There were so many problems that nothing even happened during the final transaction itself. Only his older friend came home. I would gladly recommend this agency for something good, but they have created terrible memories for us. It was also promised that he would help me with renting, but he only automatically searched for an apartment that met the given criteria. We can all do that.
